2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class 4MATIC

in Barrie

Panoramic sunroof, heated steering wheel, Blind Spot Assist, Active Brake Assist, keyless start and full-time AWD on this GLE 400.

Under the hood, a 3L V6 Turbo engine delivers 329 horsepower through a full-time AWD system paired with a smooth automatic transmission, giving this 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE GLE 400 the muscle and composure to handle everything from daily Barrie commutes to winter runs up toward Orillia or Midland. That AWD platform works alongside Hill Descent Control, Hill Start Assist, and ESP with Crosswind Assist to keep this SUV steady and predictable, whether you're loading up for a weekend in Innisfil or merging onto the highway toward Newmarket.

Inside, the ARTICO leatherette front seat upholstery is durable and easy to maintain, while heated driver and front passenger seats and a heated steering wheel make early Ontario mornings far more tolerable. The driver's seat offers power reclining, lumbar support, cushion tilt, and fore/aft and height adjustment, so dialing in the right driving position is never a compromise. Dual-zone THERMATIC automatic climate control lets front occupants each set their preferred temperature, and the first-row sliding and tilting glass sunroof with power sunshade brightens the cabin at the touch of the keyfob.

Safety tech was clearly a priority on this GLE 400. Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and ATTENTION ASSIST work together to help you stay alert and react to situations you might otherwise miss, while the rear-mounted camera simplifies parking and tight city maneuvers. Directionally adaptive headlights, front cornering lights, Adaptive Highbeam Assist PLUS, and auto-leveling headlights stretch visibility on the darker stretches between Barrie and Alliston, and rain-detecting wipers take one more task off your plate in changing weather.

Set against a similarly aged BMW X3 or Lexus NX, this GLE 400 brings full-time AWD, a panoramic sunroof, and a comprehensive driver-assist suite already built into this trim, with no chasing down separate option packages required. Finished in black and backed by a local, fresh trade history with Non-Smoker status, this is a GLE that's stayed close to home.
